At The Original Mattress Factory, we encourage you to take proper care of your mattress and box spring in order to help maintain their level of comfort and performance. We offer a simple list of recommendations and also encourage you to flip and rotate your mattress and occasionally rotate your box spring as well. For your convenience, we even have a free Mattress Flip Reminder System, which automatically sends you reminders to flip and rotate your mattress. In the unusual event that there is a problem with your mattress or box spring, we have a Limited Warranty that covers defects in both materials and workmanship. So take care…and sleep well!
